Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch in collaboration with development and QA teams.

• Create and manage user stories, product backlogs and sprint planning in an Agile environment.

• Bring innovative ideas and AI-driven approaches to enhance product management methodologies.

• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, prioritise features and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or working closely with software/development projects.

• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and creating detailed user stories.

• Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to support product management processes is highly desirable.

• Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside development, QA and other cross-functional teams.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Fluency in Bulgarian is a plus.

• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; however, strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Background in software development projects.

• Experience using AI to enhance product lifecycle management.

• Ability to adapt quickly and bring innovative solutions to the team.
